MONGOLIA ENERGY (00276) announced that Mr. Cai Wenyu and Mr. Wei Qikuan have been appointed as the company's Non-Executive Director and Independent Non-Executive Director, respectively, effective from December 19, 2025. Following Mr. Wei's appointment as Independent Non-Executive Director, he has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee, effective from the same date.
