On the morning of October 10th, a wild boar suddenly broke into the Jinshui'an residential complex in Fushun, Liaoning Province. The animal then rushed into the Wright Sports Complex located outside the residential area, causing damage to a dance studio. Police and special forces personnel arrived at the scene and shot the boar dead. The incident resulted in no human casualties but caused significant economic losses to the dance studio operator.

A staff member from a merchant within the Wright Sports Complex described that on the morning of the incident, the wild boar first entered the Jinshui'an residential complex, then made its way into the first floor of the sports complex through a small door connecting the residential area and the facility. After briefly wandering in the sports complex corridor, the wild boar smashed through the glass door of a dance studio and entered the premises, causing destruction to the interior facilities. "It not only shattered the dance studio's glass but destroyed everything inside," the staff member said. During the rampage, the boar appeared to have been injured, leaving considerable bloodstains on the floor.

Ms. Zhang, who runs the damaged Yishan Dance Studio in Shuncheng District, Fushun City, explained that the incident occurred around 8 AM, which was before the usual 9 AM class time. She promptly notified members who were already on their way to class to turn back, preventing potential injuries. However, the damage to the dance studio was unavoidable. According to Ms. Zhang, one glass door of the dance studio, all interior mirrors, and cabinets were damaged. The plasterboard walls where mirrors were mounted were also damaged by the boar and need to be completely removed and replaced. The dance studio cannot operate normally for the time being, preventing classes from being held while rent costs continue to accrue. After inspecting the scene, landlord Mr. Song estimated the hardware losses, including doors, mirrors, windows, renovation materials, and subsequent labor costs, at several thousand yuan.

Regarding Ms. Zhang's losses, landlord Mr. Song proactively stated, "No one wanted this to happen. Strictly speaking, as the landlord, we also bear some responsibility for inadequate supervision." He expressed hope to reduce Ms. Zhang's burden and willingness to bear 30-40% of the economic losses.

Ms. Zhang expressed disappointment with the property management, arguing that since the wild boar was able to break in from outside, the residential complex's property management also bears responsibility for inadequate supervision. When Ms. Zhang attempted to negotiate with the property management about this matter, they provided no response. On the afternoon of the 10th, when contacted by phone, the property manager said "no comment" upon learning the caller's identity and hung up immediately.
