The appointment of Mr. Wang Xiankui to the role of non-executive director at JINSHANG BANK (02558) has been formally approved by the Shanxi regulatory authority.

This approval was granted following the bank's receipt of the official regulatory document, numbered Jin Jin Guan Fu [2026] No. 70, which confirmed Mr. Wang's qualification for the position.

His tenure as a non-executive director and as a member of the board's nomination, remuneration, and human resources committee is effective from June 1, 2026. This appointment will last until the conclusion of the seventh board of directors' term, which is a three-year period commencing on December 19, 2025.
