This total represents 19.27% of the company's most recently audited net assets.

Within this total, guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries to entities outside the consolidated financial statements stand at RMB 207 million. This amount constitutes 0.48% of the company's most recently audited net assets.

The company has confirmed that, as of the latest update, there are no overdue guarantees or guarantees involved in litigation for either the company itself or its controlling subsidiaries.
