Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Investment Co., Ltd. (TONGRENTANGCARE) has formally shifted to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications, in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-less listing framework that took effect on 31 December 2023. The decision was confirmed by the board on 21 August 2026.

The company will publish future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, directors’ reports, auditors’ reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in both English and Chinese on its official website (yiyang.tongrentang.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

To ensure prompt delivery of “Actionable Corporate Communications” (documents requiring shareholder instructions), shareholders are encouraged to provide a valid email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by completing and returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Without a registered email address, shareholders will continue to receive Actionable Corporate Communications in printed format. Those preferring hard-copy versions of all future communications may request them via the reply form or by emailing tongrentangcare.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such print requests remain effective for one year from the date of receipt.
