Langham Hospitality Investments (the “Trust”) and Langham Hospitality Investments Limited (the “Company”) reported that Ms. Wong Mei Ling, Marina has tendered her resignation as Company Secretary of LHIL Manager Limited (the trustee-manager of the Trust) and the Company, as well as her roles as Authorised Representative and Process Agent. Her duties will conclude on 11 April 2026. Ms. Wong confirmed she has no disagreement with the boards and no matters require notification to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or holders of share-stapled units.

Effective the same date, Ms. Lee Lai Yee, Anita will assume the positions of Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent. Ms. Lee is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy. Her professional background spans more than 30 years in company secretarial and corporate governance functions.

The boards expressed appreciation for Ms. Wong’s contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Lee upon her forthcoming appointment. As of 10 April 2026, the boards comprise eight directors, including Chairman Dr. Lo Ka Shui, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Brett Stephen Butcher, three independent non-executive directors, and two additional non-executive directors.
