The Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently released a plan titled "Implementation Plan for Optimizing the Layout, Enhancing Quality Construction, and Integrating Computing and Electricity in Sichuan Province (2026–2028)."

Focusing on improving the computing industry ecosystem, the plan emphasizes accelerating the construction of 10,000-card-level intelligent computing clusters and actively attracting leading computing enterprises.

By the end of 2026, the province aims to drive the completion and operation of multiple 10,000-card clusters, including those from Alibaba Cloud and the Sichuan Data Group.

The initiative also calls for accelerating the domestic deployment of computing chips, guiding the construction of high-density green data centers, advancing the integrated development of computing, storage, and networks, and creating several "token demonstration parks."
