REGO INTERACT (02422) announced that Ms. Chen Xiuling has resigned from her positions as the Company's Joint Company Secretary and the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from December 31, 2025. Ms. Yang Chao will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary, while Ms. Chen will remain as the agent authorized to accept service of process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
