Artini Holdings Limited reported that a 5-for-1 share consolidation, effective 20 July 2026, has been fully reflected in its July monthly return.
The authorised share count fell from 6.00 billion to 1.20 billion, while the par value rose from HK$0.05 to HK$0.25. Despite the lower share tally, total authorised share capital stayed unchanged at HK$300 million.
Issued shares dropped by 1.06 billion during the month, declining from 1.32 billion to 0.26 billion. The company confirmed that the public float requirement of at least 25 % has been met.
The consolidation also reduced the outstanding scheme mandate limit under the 30 September 2024 Share Option Scheme from 110.40 million shares to 22.08 million shares. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were created, cancelled or transferred during the period.
Management affirmed that all regulatory, listing-rule and corporate approvals related to the month’s share movements have been satisfied, and the filing was submitted as a resubmission on 6 August 2026.
