Tian Teck Land Limited released its 2025-2026 Annual Report, an accompanying circular with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and a proxy form (together, “Current Corporate Communications”). Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company’s website (ttll.etnet.com.hk) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (hkexnews.hk).

The board has confirmed a shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications and is offering shareholders two options:

1. Website Version: Read all future corporate communications in English and Chinese on the company’s website and receive email notifications when new documents are posted. 2. Printed Version: Continue to receive hard-copy English and/or Chinese documents.

Key dates and procedural details:

• Reply deadline: 26 August 2026. • Absent a response (or if a previous electronic-delivery consent remains valid), shareholders will be deemed to have elected the Website Version. • Shareholders choosing the Website Version should provide a valid email address to receive publication alerts and electronic copies of actionable documents. • If no functional email is supplied, the company will mail a notice of publication plus printed actionable documents. • Shareholders may change their communication preference at any time with at least seven days’ written or email notice to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Requests for printed copies of the Current Corporate Communications can be made via the enclosed reply form or by emailing ttll.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
