China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 26 October 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited results for the three months ended 30 September 2026. Following the meeting, the company plans to publish the third-quarter figures on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The notification, dated 12 October 2026 and signed by Chairman Liu Xingxu, reaffirms the current Board composition: three executive directors (Liu Xingxu, Zhang Qingjin, Yan Yunhua), one non-executive director (Tan Wei Shyan), and three independent non-executive directors (Ong Kian Guan, Li Shengxiao, Li Hongxing).
