China Shenhua Energy Company Limited has issued a reply slip for its 2026 first class meeting of H-shareholders, scheduled for 3:45 p.m. on Friday, 26 June 2026. The session will take place in the He Meeting Room, 2F, Gehua New Century Hotel, 19 Gulouwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

Registered H-share investors planning to attend—either in person or by proxy—must complete and return the reply slip to the Office of the Board of Directors (Room 1003, Block A, Shenhua Tower, 22 Andingmen Xibinhe Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing, postal code 100011) no later than Tuesday, 23 June 2026. The form requires shareholders to state their full registered name, address and the exact number of H-shares held. Non-registered H-shareholders whose holdings are maintained through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, banks, brokers or other custodians are advised to coordinate with their respective intermediaries for proxy appointments.

The company’s guidance specifies that only H-shareholders recorded on the register of members are eligible to submit the reply slip and attend or be represented at the forthcoming class meeting.
