Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited has circulated a Reply Form asking registered shareholders to select their preferred method and language for receiving all future corporate communications.
Shareholders may choose one of four options: 1) Electronic version (excluding actionable corporate communications) via the company’s website with email alerts; 2) Printed English version only; 3) Printed Chinese version only; or 4) Both printed English and Chinese versions.
If a shareholder fails to return the completed form or otherwise respond by 12 May 2026, the company will deem that shareholder to have elected to receive future corporate communications in electronic form. In such cases, notices of publication will be dispatched either by post to the address on the register of members or by email where an address has been provided.
Requests to change the chosen format or language can be submitted at any time by written notice or email to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at its Far East Finance Centre office in Hong Kong. No postage is required for replies mailed within Hong Kong, and a mailing label has been provided for convenience.
The company reiterates that printed copies of actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent individually to all securities holders regardless of their selected preference. Personal data supplied on the form will be used solely for processing the stated instructions and retained only as necessary for verification and record-keeping in line with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
