PC Partner Group Limited announced the termination of BDO Limited’s appointment as one of its joint auditors, effective Jan, 14 2026, following the company’s voluntary delisting from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on the same date.

After the removal, BDO LLP will remain the sole external auditor of the company.

The company stated that there were no disagreements with BDO Limited on accounting treatments in the past 12 months, the outgoing auditor has no outstanding claims, and no matters need to be brought to the attention of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited or shareholders.

The board expressed appreciation for BDO Limited’s service during its tenure.
