Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (WEICHAI POWER) (02338) has announced the election of Ms. Zhang Bo as an independent non-executive director.

Her appointment is effective from June 22, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, which coincides with the end of the current board of directors' term.
