HENGRUI PHARMA (600276.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Guangdong Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., recently received a "Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice" for the SHR-1819 injection from the National Medical Products Administration. Clinical trials will be conducted in the near future. The applied indication is atopic dermatitis in children aged 6 months to 5 years. The SHR-1819 injection is a self-developed, recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting human IL-4Rα. It can simultaneously block the signal transduction of IL-4 and IL-13. Its investigational indications cover various type 2 inflammatory diseases, including atopic dermatitis, prurigo nodularis, chronic spontaneous urticaria, and allergic rhinitis. Multiple indications have already progressed to Phase II/III clinical stages.
