Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB0.0969 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Using the prescribed exchange rate of RMB1:HKD1.1451, the distribution translates to HKD0.111 per H share.

Shareholders approved the payout on 22 May 2026. Key timetable details are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 27 May 2026 • Deadline for share transfer registration: 28 May 2026 at 16:30 • Book-closure period: 29 May 2026 – 4 June 2026 • Record date: 4 June 2026 • Payment date: 24 June 2026
