On March 31, LYGEND RESOURCE announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of RMB 40.24 billion, an increase of 37.65% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company was RMB 2.857 billion, up 61.15% compared to the previous year. Earnings per share were RMB 1.84. The board proposed a final dividend of RMB 0.60 per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was primarily attributable to higher income generated from the group's nickel product smelting business.
