China Properties Investment Holdings Limited (CHINA PPT INV, 00736.HK) has entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nano Labs Ltd (Nasdaq: NA) dated 10 March 2026. The agreement positions CHINA PPT INV as the global market strategic partner for Nano Labs’ iPollo series of intelligent computing devices, such as the iPollo ClawPC A1 Mini.

Under the non-binding, 12-month MOU—automatically renewable unless either party objects—CHINA PPT INV will leverage its sales network, brand resources and the influence of Zhao Mingwei, CEO of the Group’s subsidiary, to drive global sales and marketing. Both companies have set a joint target to achieve worldwide sales of the iPollo product line within one year of the MOU’s signing, thereby laying the foundation for a broader Open Claw ecosystem aimed at Web 4.0 applications.

CHINA PPT INV highlights its resource-integration capability, citing Zhao Mingwei’s sizable domestic fan base and commercial influence, which are expected to accelerate market penetration. Nano Labs contributes high-performance and edge-computing expertise, underpinning the technological competitiveness of the iPollo hardware suite.

Management views the partnership as integral to CHINA PPT INV’s strategy of expanding along the Web 4.0 value chain, diversifying revenue streams and reinforcing long-term shareholder value.

The MOU is chiefly a framework agreement; only confidentiality and legal jurisdiction clauses are binding at this stage. Specific transaction terms will be subject to separate definitive agreements. The company will issue further announcements in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in CHINA PPT INV shares.
