Dmall repurchases 225,500 shares at HKD7.40–7.59; treasury stock expands to 38.06 million

On 4 May 2026, Dmall executed an on-exchange buyback of 225,500 ordinary shares, paying HKD1.70 million at prices ranging from HKD7.40 to HKD7.59 per share. The volume-weighted average cost stood at HKD7.5403 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.03% to 899.43 million, while treasury shares increased to 38.06 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.49 million.

The repurchase was made under the mandate approved on 23 May 2025, which authorises buybacks of up to 89.96 million shares. To date, 38.06 million shares—equivalent to 4.23% of the share base on the mandate date—have been acquired, leaving approximately 51.90 million shares available under the current authority.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Dmall is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, ending on 3 June 2026.
