Simcere Pharmaceutical Group Limited issued a notice on 24 September 2026 confirming that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.simcere.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company highlighted that, in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023 and its own Articles of Association, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated electronically. Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications. In the absence of an email address, investors will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for new publications.
