On September 25, 2026, UBS Group AG disposed of shares of CMOC (H shares) under a securities lending agreement, reducing its long position below the 5% threshold.

Prior to the disposal, UBS Group AG's long position in CMOC was 196.82 million shares, representing 5.0%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 196.50 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.99%.
