The Board of Directors has passed a resolution to establish a Strategy Committee under the Board, effective from December 29, 2025. A resolution was also passed to establish a Commercialization Committee under the Board, effective from the same date, December 29, 2025. Mr. Liu An has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with his appointment taking effect on December 29, 2025. Following their establishment, the composition of the respective committees is as follows, effective December 29, 2025: The Strategy Committee comprises four members, including Dr. Zhang Jie, Mr. Xie Zhiyong, Mr. Li Zhiyong, and Mr. Liu An, with Dr. Zhang Jie serving as Chairman. The Commercialization Committee consists of five members, including Mr. Xie Zhiyong, Mr. Wang Yiqun, Mr. Liu Xudong, Mr. Li Zhiyong, and Mr. Liu An, with Mr. Wang Yiqun appointed as Chairman. Changes to the composition of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee are as follows, effective December 29, 2025: Non-Executive Director and Board Chairman Dr. Zhang Jie has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Executive Director Mr. Xie Zhiyong has stepped down from his role on the Remuneration Committee. Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Liu An has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee. Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Li Zhiyong has ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee.
