One widely circulated image shows a Taobao Flash Delivery station manager, fearing a severe order backlog and system lag, allegedly advising riders, "If you can't find our own orders, just grab ones from Meituan or JD.com, as long as you don't take Taobao's." In another video, a dispute erupted at a Jasmine Milk White store between its staff and a Taobao Flash Delivery rider over the rider's order mishandling. The staff member exclaimed, "This only makes things more chaotic. How are we supposed to work?"

Regarding the "blind box" issue, a Taobao Flash Delivery customer service representative stated, "Generally, this practice is not allowed.
