RENZE HARVEST (01282) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement were fulfilled on November 5, 2025, and the placement was completed on November 7, 2025. The placing agent successfully allocated a total of 2.32 billion placement shares at HK$0.128 per share to no fewer than six placees under the special authorization. One of the placees, Sun Rock Ventures Limited (Sun Rock), became a major shareholder of the company following the placement. The net proceeds from the placement amounted to approximately HK$294 million, equivalent to a net issue price of about HK$0.127 per share.
