Tuya Inc. has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 24 August 2026 (Hong Kong Time) to consider and approve the Group’s unaudited results for the three and six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda covers: • Approval and publication of the second-quarter 2026 financial statements. • Approval and publication of the interim results for first-half 2026. • Discussion of other corporate matters.

Management will host an earnings conference call on 25 August 2026 at 08:30 a.m. Hong Kong Time (24 August 2026, 08:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time).
