Yuexiu Property Company Limited announced that its 95.48%-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Yuexiu Huacheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., won the tender for two adjacent land parcels (Nos. AB2914005 and AB2914006) on the western side of Zhengtong Road, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, at a consideration of RMB1.01 billion.

The combined site spans approximately 26,440 sq.m. with a planned total gross floor area of about 56,933 sq.m. Planning parameters permit 26,428 sq.m. of plot-ratio-accountable GFA, split into 23,746 sq.m. for residential use and 2,682 sq.m. for cultural facilities. Residential units built on the site are designated for sale, while the cultural facilities cannot be sold or subdivided separately.

Strategically located near the Baiyun District Government, Baiyun Avenue South and Xiatang West Road, the low-density parcels sit roughly 300 metres from a metro station, 3 kilometres from Baiyun New City’s commercial hub and 12 kilometres from Zhujiang New Town. The area is supported by established educational, medical, commercial and transport infrastructure.

Management noted that the acquisition will expand Yuexiu Property’s high-quality land bank and reinforce its market presence in Guangzhou.
