Yida China Holdings Limited announced that subsidiary Yida Construction has been sued by China Guangfa Bank Dalian Branch (CGB Dalian) for defaulting on a loan with an outstanding principal of RMB78.00 million. The civil complaint was accepted by the Shanghai Huangpu District People’s Court and names five group entities—Yida Construction, Dalian Meijia, Dalian Zhongxing, Dalian Software Park Rongda Development and Yida Development—as co-defendants.

CGB Dalian seeks: 1) repayment of the RMB78.00 million principal plus accrued interest, default interest and compound interest until settlement; 2) enforcement of mortgage rights over land and buildings pledged by Dalian Rongda, Dalian Meijia and Dalian Zhongxing; 3) enforcement of pledge rights over receivables pledged by Yida Construction, allowing direct collection from underlying debtors; 4) joint and several liability for Yida Development, Dalian Meijia and Dalian Zhongxing; 5) recovery of litigation costs from all defendants.

The overdue loan originated from the CGB Loan disclosed on 7 January 2026. Yida China is obtaining legal advice, negotiating repayment arrangements and assessing potential impacts on the group. Further announcements will be released in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company cautions shareholders and investors to consider related risks when trading its securities.
