CORNERSTONE TEC (08391) announced on December 8, 2025, that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with DriveEZ Limited to establish a strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to leverage blockchain technology to upgrade the company's electric vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem.

Under the agreement, DriveEZ will serve as the technical partner for CORNERSTONE TEC in this new initiative. The partnership will focus on integrating blockchain and Web3 infrastructure into CORNERSTONE's existing mobile application. Specifically, DriveEZ will develop and deploy decentralized ledger technology (DLT) infrastructure, enabling users to charge EVs or top up accounts via blockchain.

Both parties also plan to create an ecosystem that functions as part of a loyalty and membership program. To support these features, a Web3 portal will be embedded directly into CORNERSTONE's app, allowing users to track loyalty rewards, membership status, and receive automated incentives based on charging activity.

The board believes this collaboration will enhance user engagement and expand the EV charging ecosystem through innovative technology. By adopting blockchain solutions, CORNERSTONE TEC aims to accelerate the adoption of sustainable charging while fostering a stronger user community via its Web3 initiative.
