On August 14, 2026, a specialized training seminar titled "ESG Empowering High-Quality Development of State-Owned Enterprises" was successfully held in Fuzhou. The event was hosted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Fujian Province and organized by Guoxin Securities, aiming to implement the province's "Five Major Initiatives," promote sustainable development practices, and enhance ESG management capabilities among local state-owned enterprises.

Senior officials from the Fujian SASAC attended the training, alongside Ma Yao, Assistant General Manager and Board Secretary of Guoxin Securities. The seminar brought together a teaching team formed by Guoxin Securities and industry experts, who delivered systematic courses focusing on the construction of ESG value management frameworks, ESG investment within the context of digital transformation, and how green finance can drive corporate efficiency and quality improvement.

The program also featured leading state-controlled listed companies sharing their successful ESG implementation case studies. Training sessions addressed key practical concerns such as ESG policy implementation, value conversion, and risk management. By delivering the latest insights on sustainable development and offering actionable methodologies, the event aimed to help integrate ESG principles throughout the entire operational chain, including production, project investment, and internal control management.

The initiative is expected to strengthen the overall ESG governance capabilities of Fujian's state-owned enterprises, reinforcing their exemplary role in accelerating the province's development and fostering high-quality economic growth. More than 150 representatives participated, including leaders from provincial state-owned enterprises, their key subsidiaries, state-controlled listed companies, and enterprises on the province's priority listing cultivation list.
