Yuexiu Property (00123) announced that on April 8, 2026, Junying Development Limited (Junying), as borrower, entered into a financing agreement with a bank, as lender. Under the agreement, the lender will provide a HK$1 billion term loan facility, with a loan term of 364 days commencing from the date of the first drawdown. Junying is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its obligations under the financing agreement are guaranteed by Yuexiu Property.
