China Weaving Materials Holdings Limited (3778) has confirmed approval from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of, and permission to deal in, its Consolidated Shares. The relevant ordinary resolution for the Share Consolidation was passed at the extraordinary general meeting on 7 November 2025.

All conditions relating to the Share Consolidation have been met, and it will become effective on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, with dealings in Consolidated Shares commencing at 9:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on the same day. After the Share Consolidation takes effect, the board lot size will change from 4,000 Existing Shares to 2,000 Consolidated Shares. According to the announcement, the original counter for trading in the Consolidated Shares under the new board lot size will re-open at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.
