KEEP (03650) rose more than 10% in afternoon trading, with an increase of 8.94% to HK$4.63 by the time of writing, recording a turnover of HK$2.83 million. The surge follows the company's announcement that table tennis world champion Sun Yingsha has been appointed as its brand ambassador.
On the first day of the launch of the "Sun Yingsha x KEEP" series challenge, participation reached 78,000 users, collectively burning 6.87 million calories—setting a new single-day record for KEEP events. Additionally, the "Shasha Training Course" recorded 41,000 workout sessions on its debut day. In September, Min Sheng Securities released a research report stating that KEEP, as a leading online fitness app in China, is poised to achieve growth in both subscription users and average revenue per user (ARPU) following the launch of new products like AI coaching. The firm highlighted KEEP's strong safety margin and significant upside potential. The report projected that the AI coaching subscription product could generate over RMB 200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 2026. Based on a conservative valuation of 30-50x price-to-sales (P/S) ratios for comparable AI products globally, the AI coaching segment alone could represent a potential market capitalization of RMB 6-10 billion.
