An announcement was issued by BJ ENT URBAN (03718) stating that its subsidiary, Chengmei Services (Hong Kong) Limited, in which the company holds an 85% equity interest, has recently been awarded two projects through a tender process conducted by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The contracts involve providing cleaning and support services for recreational venues located in the Eastern, Wan Chai, Central and Western, and Southern Districts, as well as for parks and playgrounds in the same districts. The scope of services to be provided by Chengmei Services (Hong Kong) includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, pest control, waste collection, recyclables collection, and other support services for the designated recreational venues, parks, and playgrounds. Both contracts are expected to commence on April 1, 2026, and will have a duration of three years.
