Hong Kong Johnson Holdings Co., Ltd. (Johnson) announced a series of new wins across its security guarding and commercial cleaning businesses, totaling HK$230.00 million in contract value.
Wyson Security Services Limited, Johnson’s wholly owned subsidiary, obtained: • A trio of three-year security guarding contracts for major cultural venues under Hong Kong’s Leisure and Cultural Services Department—including the Hong Kong Space Museum and Astropark, History Museums Section (Groups B & C), and Hong Kong Central Library—plus the Shek Tong Tsui Municipal Services Building. Service commencement is set for 1 June 2026 and the combined contract value is approximately HK$100.00 million. • A two-year security guarding contract for a large private residential complex worth roughly HK$40.00 million, reinforcing Wyson Security’s footprint in the property management segment.
In the commercial cleaning division, Johnson secured a cleaning services mandate from a prestigious Hong Kong educational institution valued at about HK$90.00 million. The project will deploy electric transport vehicles to curb campus carbon emissions, aligning with Johnson’s sustainability agenda.
Management stated that the new contracts enhance Wyson Security’s market position, broaden Johnson’s business reach, and contribute to job creation in Hong Kong. Contract amounts remain subject to adjustment under the respective agreements.
