On August 10, as the Hong Kong stock market closed, the renowned milk tea brand AUNTEA JENNY saw its share price plummet 23.4%, closing at HK$89.85, with a market capitalization of HK$9.452 billion. In response to this situation, inquiries were made to the company, but no response was received by the time of publication. On the news front, the company had recently released another voluntary announcement regarding the extension of a lock-up period by certain shareholders. According to the announcement, several pre-IPO shareholders voluntarily committed to only sell shares in an orderly and modest manner from the end of their first lock-up extension period (August 7) until November 7. Calculations show that the relevant shareholders intend to collectively sell no more than 3,684,228 shares during this period, accounting for only about 3.50% of the company's total issued shares. Previously, on April 19, the company announced via a statement that its controlling shareholder group had extended the original lock-up period (which expired on May 7) by an additional 6 months to November 7, while other pre-IPO shareholders extended theirs by 3 months to August 7.
