Cirrus Aircraft Limited (“CIRRUS”) released an updated roster of its board of directors and detailed the composition of its three key board committees on 26 August 2026.

The eight-member Board is led by Chairman and Non-Executive Director Lei Yang, with Hui Wang serving as Vice-Chairman and Executive Director. Zean Hoffmeister Vang Nielsen holds dual roles as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. The Board also comprises Non-Executive Directors Liang Liu and Yihui Li, alongside three Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs): Ian H Chang, Chung Man Louis Lau (Lead INED) and Ferheen Mahomed.

Committee assignments underscore an emphasis on independent oversight: • Audit, Risk Control and Compliance Committee – chaired by INED Ian H Chang, with Ferheen Mahomed as a member. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Lead INED Chung Man Louis Lau, joined by Liang Liu and Ferheen Mahomed. • Nomination Committee – chaired by Chairman Lei Yang, with Ian H Chang and Chung Man Louis Lau as members.

By positioning independent directors at the helm of two of the three committees, CIRRUS signals a governance structure aligned with common best-practice principles, aiming to strengthen oversight of financial reporting, remuneration policies and board succession planning.
