SOHO China (00410) announced that Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her positions as company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and agent for service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective August 28, 2025. Liang Ruibing has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent to succeed Ms. Wu, with the appointment taking effect on August 28, 2025.
