Guosheng Securities Inc. has issued a research report reiterating its "Buy" rating on ROBOSENSE (02498) with a target price of HK$49.

The report states that looking ahead, ROBOSENSE is optimistic about its long-term prospects. This optimism is based on several factors: the concentrated delivery of new automotive models in the second half of the year, increasing market demand in the robotics sector, cost optimization from its self-developed chips, and improved capacity utilization.

The company continues to focus on innovation in AI algorithms and hardware technology to strengthen its leading position in the ADAS and robotics industries.

Due to changes in the product mix and the launch of new products, Guosheng Securities Inc. has adjusted its total revenue forecasts for ROBOSENSE to RMB 3.04 billion, RMB 4.08 billion, and RMB 5.29 billion for 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively.

Non-GAAP net profit attributable to shareholders is forecasted to be RMB 10 million, RMB 300 million, and RMB 430 million for the same periods.

The HK$49 target price is based on a valuation of 5 times the projected price-to-sales ratio for 2027.
