Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on June 3rd, Rui Zhong Life Insurance purchased an additional 200,000 shares of Tsingtao Brew (HKEX: 00168).

The transaction was executed at a price of approximately HK$49.406 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$9.88 million.

Following this acquisition, Rui Zhong Life Insurance's total shareholding in the company has increased to 52.432 million shares, representing an 8% ownership stake.
