On March 3, Liu Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), met with Ren Deqi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (BANKCOMM), who was visiting. The two sides held working talks on further deepening cooperation. Both sides will thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, continue to leverage their respective advantages, and deepen cooperation in fields including financial technology and financial markets. They will work together to refine and deepen the "Five Major Areas of Finance," contribute to advancing the internationalization of the renminbi, accelerate the construction of Shanghai as an international financial center, and make greater contributions to building a strong financial nation and ensuring a good start to the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
