Shareholding disclosures filed on September 21, 2026, revealed notable adjustments among several Hong Kong-listed companies, according to recent regulatory filings.

At Yangtzekiang Garment (00294), shareholder Chan Shuk Ling reduced her long position to zero, selling down from 8.19 million shares. This disposal brings her stake down from a previous 3.96% to 0% in the latest filing.

SSY Group (02005) saw two separate transactions. China Pharmaceutical Company Limited increased its holdings to 921 million shares, lifting its stake to 31.22% from 31.18%. Meanwhile, director Kuk Kai Keung also raised his position to 1.276 billion shares, representing a rise from 43.21% to 43.25%.

Shinho (Holdings) (00829) recorded a modest increase by Chow Ah Sin, who now holds 1.669 billion shares. That represents 51.67% of the company, compared with the previously reported 51.63%.

A significant reduction took place at Sing Tao Properties (01560), where Chan Man Fai cut his long position from 1.287 billion shares to 907 million. This move saw his stake fall sharply from 200.67% to 141.44% in the latest disclosure.

At CStone Pharmaceuticals-B (02616), Yang Jianxin marginally increased his holding to 84.4886 million shares, maintaining a steady 5.29% ownership level.

Finally, Gushengtang (02273) saw Tu Zhiliang raise his position by 100,000 shares to 82.1834 million, bringing his percentage holding to 35.07% from 35.06%.
