China Come Ride New Energy Group Limited announced that Mr. Chan Kui Ming has resigned from his roles as joint company secretary and authorised representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, effective 22 May 2026. The Board cited Mr. Chan’s need to devote more time to other personal business commitments as the reason for his departure.

According to Mr. Chan, there is no disagreement with the Board, and no matters regarding his resignation require attention from shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Chan’s contributions during his tenure.

As of the 22 June 2026 announcement date, the Company’s Board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Zhou Renchao (Chairman), Mr. Wang Taoquan and Mr. Cao Dayong—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Siu Yuk Ming, Mr. Ang Yunchun and Mr. Li Huajiang.
