For the period from January to April, the group, along with its joint ventures and associates, recorded total contracted sales of roughly 1.355 billion yuan, a decrease of 9.43% compared to the same period last year. The contracted sales area reached approximately 94,948 square meters, with an average selling price of about 14,300 yuan per square meter.
