NIU HOLDINGS (08619) announced that its auditor, Evergreen (HK) CPA Limited, has resigned effective January 9, 2026, following a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Taida Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor to immediately fill the vacancy created by Evergreen's resignation.

Taida Certified Public Accountants will hold the position until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
