RIZHAO PORT JR (06117) announced that Mr. Jin Feng has been appointed as a non-executive director following an extraordinary general meeting.

At a board meeting held on the same day after the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Jin Feng was appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, effective immediately.

Following Mr. Jin Feng's appointment as a non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee at the extraordinary general meeting, Ms. Liu Rong ceased to serve as a member of the remuneration committee immediately.

At the company's staff congress held on December 30, 2025, Mr. Chen Zhou was elected as a staff representative director.

Concurrently, Mr. Chen Zhou will continue to serve as an executive director until the conclusion of the current board's term.
