HUAQIN (Huaqin Co., Ltd.) filed its first post-listing monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both its H-share and A-share structures remained unchanged following the debut of its H shares on 23 April 2026.

Total authorised and issued capital stood at 1.07 billion shares, split between 58.55 million H shares and 1.02 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. No new shares were issued, cancelled or repurchased during the month, and treasury share balances were unchanged at 0 for H-shares and 0.22 million for A-shares.

For the newly listed H-share tranche (stock code 03296), the company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement. As of 30 April 2026, public investors held 5.45% of the H-share class, representing a market value of HK$5.22 billion—well above the HK$1 billion threshold applicable to PRC issuers with other listed shares.

HUAQIN also disclosed that no share options, warrants or convertible securities were outstanding or exercised during the month. Existing employee stock-ownership and restricted share incentive schemes involved no further issuance or transfer of treasury shares in April.

An overallotment option of up to 8.78 million additional H shares (expandable to 10.10 million if the offer-size adjustment option is fully exercised) remains available to the international underwriters, but it was not exercised during the reporting period.

With capital movements static and regulatory thresholds satisfied, HUAQIN enters May 2026 maintaining its pre-listing share structure and a compliant public float position.
