HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) announced that for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025, the total contracted sales amount for the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately RMB 15.607 billion, representing a decrease of 6.15% compared to the previous year. This figure comprised approximately RMB 13.912 billion from property contracted sales and approximately RMB 1.695 billion from fitting-out contracted sales.

For the single month of December 2025, the total contracted sales amount for the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately RMB 1.337 billion. This included property contracted sales of approximately RMB 1.127 billion and fitting-out contracted sales of approximately RMB 210 million.

For the 12 months ended December 31, 2025, the contracted sales area for properties by the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately 601,717 square meters. The average selling price for property contracts was approximately RMB 23,120 per square meter.

During the 12 months ended December 31, 2025, the total contracted sales area for non-self-invested properties managed under the "Hesheng" brand by the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately 60,955 square meters. The contracted sales amount for these properties was approximately RMB 5.266 billion.

For the single month of December 2025, the contracted sales area for properties managed under the Hesheng brand by the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately 5,517 square meters. The contracted sales amount for that month was approximately RMB 379 million.
