China New Higher Education Group Limited (NEW HIGHER EDU) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 April 2026 to approve and release the Group’s interim financial results for the six-month period ended 28 February 2026. The agenda also includes the handling of other routine corporate matters.

The meeting notice, signed by Chairman Li Xiaoxuan on 14 April 2026, confirms the participation of three executive directors—Li Xiaoxuan, Zhao Shuai and Chan Tung Hoi—along with independent non-executive directors Kwong Wai Sun Wilson, Dr. Pang Tsz Kit Peter and Wong Ka Ki Ada.

The interim results approval will provide shareholders with an updated view of the Group’s financial and operational performance midway through the fiscal year, aligning with Hong Kong listing requirements for timely disclosure.
