HARBOUR EQUINE (08377) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been satisfied and completion was implemented on October 6, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placing agent has placed an aggregate of 81.8 million placement shares at a placing price of HK$0.10 per placement share to not less than 6 placees, representing approximately 16.66% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the allotment and issue of the placement shares.
